Members of the Amodei family born in Italy, came to America where they lived and put their culinary skills to use in New York. Pat has been involved with multiple pizza and restaurants in the states of Maryland, Texas, New York, and Pennsylvania. Frank’s Pizza, located in the Libertytown Shopping Center at 11339 Liberty Road, opened their doors March 27, 2017.

Frank’s offers a tempting array of at least 10 different pasta dishes with a choice of twelve homemade, authentically fantastic sauces, such as the trendy vodka sauce, alfredo, carbonara, primavera, shrimp sauce, and the exquisite pesto, a luscious blend of basil, fresh garlic, pine nuts and Parmigiano cheese. The fresh homemade pasta dishes, all mouthwatering and perfectly prepared, include lasagna, manicotti, stuffed shells, ravioli, and tortellini (meat or cheese).
