Members of the Amodei family born in Italy, came to America where they lived and put their culinary skills to use in New York. Pat has been involved with multiple pizza and restaurants in the state of Maryland, Texas, New York, and Pennsylvania. Frank’s Pizza, located in the Libertytown Shopping Center at 11339 Liberty Road, opened their doors March 27, 2017.

For light fare, try the individual pan pizzas with any of about twenty toppings - mushrooms, artichokes, pepperoni, pineapple, eggplant, shrimp and the list go on. Frank's offers a tantalizing array of at least 10 different pasta dishes with a choice of twelve homemade, authentically fantastic sauces, such as the trendy vodka sauce, alfredo, carbonara, primavera, shrimp sauce and the exquisite pesto, a luscious blend of basil, fresh garlic, pine nuts and parmigiano cheese. The fresh homemade pasta dishes, all mouthwatering and perfectly prepared, include lasagna, manicotti, stuffed shells, ravioli and tortellini (meat or cheese). In addition, the chef, Pat, who received his formal culinary training in his native Italy, has put together twelve classic chicken, veal and shrimp entrees, all delicious and masterfully prepared, served with our complimented famous, mouthwatering delicious and unique garlic knots. |
